We partner with a trusted, curated network of premium North American design brands and trade suppliers to bring you high-caliber home decor without holding unnecessary retail inventory. This modern direct-fulfillment method ensures you receive boutique-quality items managed directly through our partners' primary logistics networks and Canadian trade warehouses, shaping our delivery framework in a few specific ways:

  • Fulfillment Method (Direct-to-Door): Orders are securely packaged and routed straight from our specialized partner warehouses to your doorstep. To offer you a truly unique look, we source individual pieces from different expert makers. If you purchase multiple items from the same collection or mood board, they may arrive in separate packages on slightly different days.
  • Processing Time: Every order undergoes a quick check and is securely sent to our vendor network within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Because we intentionally prioritize trade vendors with established Canadian warehouse logistics and domestic cross-dock distribution, our estimated delivery window for in-stock items to Canadian addresses is typically 5 to 10 business days from the date of fulfillment. For specialized collections or out-of-stock items shipping directly from our vendors' international artisan facilities, delivery timelines will be longer; these extended windows will always be clearly stated directly on the product page. Please review specific details on individual product pages, as oversized furniture items or fragile statement pieces may also require customized freight transit.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout for items purchased online based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Please note that to simplify your shopping experience, certain premium suppliers have already included shipping and delivery costs directly in the product price.
  • Contact-to-Order Items: Some of our furniture and décor pieces ship directly from our trusted Canadian suppliers by freight. For these items, simply click "Contact us to order" on the product page. We'll confirm availability and send you a personalized quote including delivery to your province before any payment is made. Shipping costs depend on your location, item size, and any delivery services requested. We currently ship to BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, PEI, and NL.
  • Taxes & Duties Guarantee: Because our entire sourcing grid operates firmly through North American corporate infrastructure, our customers are never liable for surprise international duties or hidden import fees. The price you see at your final checkout screen is your complete and final price, fully including all applicable regional Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST).
  • Tracking System Updates: A dedicated delivery tracking link will be automatically generated and emailed straight to you within 3 to 5 business days of your purchase.
  • Delivery Condition, Returns & Final Sale Notice: Because we source through a multi-vendor model, return policies vary by supplier:   
    • Direct Trade & Boutique Collections: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or spatial miscalculations. 
    • Shopify Collective Partner Collections: Eligible items (such as select bedding and textiles) are covered by our brand partners' 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. 

The 48-Hour Inspection Window (Transit Damage): Regardless of supplier, luxury furniture and decor are fragile. You are required to inspect your delivery immediately. Any transit damages, defects, or incorrect items must be report to hello@whatsyourdecorstyle.com within 48 hours of arrival with clear digital photos of the product and exterior box.
