At What's Your Decor Style, we do the heavy lifting of pinning, filtering, and quality-vetting so you can design with absolute confidence. Because we partner with premium North American trade manufacturers to ship boutique pieces directly from the production floor to your home, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, change of heart, or spatial miscalculations.
We ask that you shop with intention. Please measure your space, check your layout clearances, and review your selected color palettes carefully before completing your order.
We explicitly protect your purchase against transit issues through our comprehensive damage policy below:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, we will fix it immediately at absolutely no cost to you.
- The 48-Hour Inspection Window: Because artwork, luxury mirrors, and high-end furniture are fragile, you must inspect your delivery and report any transit damages or product defects to whatsyourdecorstyle@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival. (Claims submitted past this strict 48-hour window cannot be approved due to third-party freight rules.)
- Required Evidence: Your damage claim email must include your order number and high-resolution, clear digital photographs displaying the product damage as well as the condition of the exterior shipping box.
- Our Resolution: Upon reviewing clear visual evidence, we will immediately fast-track a complimentary replacement order or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be required to ship the broken item back.
